Chakra balancing creates a sense of equilibrium between your body, mind, and spirit. When your chakras are returned to their natural frequencies, inner peace, well being, and happiness will follow.
During the course of this workshop, you will learn different techniques (yoga, essential oils, meditation, mudras, and chanting) to help you clear and balance your chakras so that you can keep yourself happy, positive, calm and full of energy.

Everyone is welcome! No experience required. Periods of seated meditation are 20 minutes with frequent breaks. Cushion or chair will be provided. Bring your own cushion if you wish. There will be a brief introduction at the beginning including Q&A.
